Nidhi Chadda
Nidhi is a seasoned generalist growth investor and advisor with deep experience across ESG, sustainability and impact. Her 20+ years of experience as an investment banker, strategic consultant and public / private markets investor at pedigree firms allows her to help the C-suite and Boards strategize and plan across all facets of the business. With her decade of experience as a buyside investor at leading asset management firms, she is well positioned to provide high-impact advice to help companies customize ESG strategies from both a business operations and investor communications standpoint.
Nidhi has over a decade of experience in investing in public equities as a generalist, with a focus on US small and mid-cap growth equities as well as an early - stage angel investor. In addition, she sits on the Advisory Boards across several early-stage growth companies in the consumer, technology and ESG / sustainability verticals, providing guidance on strategy development, financial planning and investor communications.
Nidhi is an active member of the global angel investing community. She is the sector lead for cybersecurity and co-sector lead for e-commerce and digital health at Harvard Alumni Angels Association of Greater New York, a member of the Investment Committee of Wharton Alumni Angels and sits on the Investment Advisory Council for Alumni Ventures Group.
Nidhi further demonstrates her passion for mentoring and advising companies through her affiliations with various accelerator platforms. She is a mentor to the current cohort of Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator (ERA), an early - stage fund and technology accelerator based in New York City; XRC Labs, a leading retail technology / consumer - focused accelerator; NY Fashion Tech Lab, a platform co-founded by Springboard Enterprises and major fashion retailers to support women-led companies that have developed innovation at the intersection of fashion, retail and technology; and Mt. Sinai Innovation Partners, supporting the real-world application and commercialization of technologies disrupting the healthcare industry.
She has been a panelist and a judge in a number of pitch nights and venture fund - sponsored events and hosted several webinars across various topics discussing angel investing, fundraising for entrepreneurs, and most recently hosted a webinar for the NY Fashion Tech Lab on the status of retail and navigating thru the Covid-19 crisis.
Nidhi is an active supporter of various diversity initiatives. She is a Board member of the Harvard Business School Women's Association and an Executive Committee and Board member of KEEN USA, a non-profit organization focused on providing recreational activities and a sense of community and well-being for children with physical and developmental disabilities.
Most recently, Nidhi was a generalist portfolio manager at RBC Global Asset Management, covering the small, SMID and mid-cap growth strategies and spearheading the effort to drive environmental, social, and governance (ESG) integration into investment processes for her team. Prior to joining RBC, Nidhi was a research analyst primarily focused on small cap strategies as a generalist at Fred Alger Management. In 2019, she was the finalist for the Women in Asset Management Award for the US Small and Mid-cap Equities category and 2021, she was nominated as a finalist for the Next Generation Leader Award for her work as a sustainability thought leader launching Enzo Advisors.
Nidhi began her career in the investment industry as a global consumer analyst at Sursum Capital and OppenheimerFunds. Her prior experience includes working within investment banking in both mergers and acquisitions and restructuring advisory, at Greenhill & Co and Goldman Sachs, and in corporate finance at McKinsey & Co.
She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Economics from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
